For attendees of the festival, it’s not just about tasting new dishes, it’s about discovering the elements that go into their creation.
To whet the appetites of ‘foodies’ around Australia, we gave them a taste of Festival 2015 before it had begun. We asked 3 of Australia’s biggest name chefs to share the recipes some of their signature dishes, then used the raw ingredients to hand make our Festival posters - taking cues from the ancient Japanese printing technique ‘Gyotaku’.
